Robert Cissell, CCIM
Owner/Managing Broker
Robert (Bob) graduated from the University of Missouri - St. Louis with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. Bob formed Cissell Mueller Construction, Inc. and Cissell Mueller Company, L.L.C with Duane Mueller in 1992. As a Managing Member of the company, Bob has helped guide the business from a small bedroom office into a respectable multi-million dollar firm.
Duane Mueller
Owner/Broker
Duane Mueller graduated from the University of Missouri at St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with an emphasis in Economics. In 1992, Mr. Mueller, a former journeyman carpenter, formed Cissell Mueller Company, LLC and Cissell Mueller Construction, Inc. with Robert D. Cissell.
Danny Wapelhorst
Vice President
Mr. Wapelhorst has been with Cissell Mueller in different capacities since 2002. Danny earned his real estate license in 2014 and oversees in-house owned properties along with outside listings. Danny also oversees the property management for all Cissell Mueller owned properties.
Stacy Youmans
Property Accountant
Ms. Youmans has been a member of the Cissell Mueller team since 1999. Stacy has worn many hats at Cissell Mueller as Property Accountant and Property Manager. Currently her main role is to accurately report tenant payments received and due and perform account analysis and reconciliation when questions arise.
Donna Russo
Dollar General Account Coordinator
Donna Russo has been with Cissel Mueller Company since 2021 and is currently the Dollar General Account Coordinator. Prior to joining Cissel Mueller Company, Donna began her career as a Corporate Sales Account Executive at Ameritech by prospecting new accounts, increasing sales, and penetrating sales into existing accounts of Fortune 500 companies in the St. Louis Metro area.
Roxanne Preis
Marketing Manager/ Commercial Brokerage Coordinator
Roxanne Preis has been with Cissell Mueller Company since 2023 and is currently the Marketing Manager/ Commercial Brokerage Coordinator. Prior to joining Cissell Mueller Company, Roxanne started her career in real estate by supporting the brokerage department at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker starting in 2000 (Cassidy Turley – DTZ – Cushman Wakefield) and has continued to work in commercial real estate related fields for the last 23 years. During that time, Roxanne had offices in St. Louis, New York, and Chicago.
Alaina Miller
Marketing and Commercial Brokerage Administrator
Alaina currently serves as the Marketing and Commercial Brokerage Administrator for Cissell Mueller Company.
Craig Driver, SIOR
Vice President
Craig has been with Cissell Mueller Company since May 2025.
