Mr. O’Brien has been a licensed real estate broker with Cissell Mueller since 2003. Tim manages a national retailer that keeps him traveling between Missouri and Illinois. His role includes site selection and acquisition for new and relocating stores as well as negotiating sale contracts and leases. Mr. O'Brien is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
