Bob Cissell represented Robin Drive Investments, LLC in the purchase of a 4,250 s.f. office building located at 3862 Mexico Road, St. Charles, Missouri.  

Danny Wapelhorst represented Mallard Pointe Investors, LLC, the Landlord, in the lease of 9,700 s.f. to Dollar Tree who will join The Shoppes at Mallard Pointe located at Elm Street and I-370 in St. Charles, Missouri.  Ian Silberman represented the Tenant.
